Exchange of information, promotions and/or services: For the exchange of scientific information with specialized personnel, pharmaceutical companies, physicians and/or researchers and/or health professionals, universities, all linked to scientific research and/or in the treatment to patients, and/or clinical studies, in any of its phases, and/or pharmacological and bioavailability studies, related or not to cancer or that may be used in its study and research, the promotion of services that are related to research or medical treatments, studies and patients, drugs in their clinical stages of research, for the understanding or treatments of topics of interest and related to the development of clinical studies that are executed in the National Cancer Institute through its Authorized Third Party, its services, capabilities and authorized personnel; for the creation of directories that help the information to be shared by the interested parties, for the delivery of information, products and communications and surveys of services or of any other nature, as well as the creation of networks among professionals, personnel involved and with interests in this field for the development, promotion and monitoring of the work of the Center for Pharmacological Research as an Authorized Third Party. The type of personal data that can be treated in this service are General Identification, General Labor, and General Academic.
Attention to requests: Specialized support for pharmaceutical companies and/or other interested parties, physicians, patients, and/or consumers, with attention to requests for information about products or services, and attention to complaints, questions, or comments. The type of personal data that can be treated in this service is General Identification, General Labor, General Academic, and Sensitive Health (in which case, you will be asked for your express authorization).
Studies: To participate in studies, projects and/or research protocols. The type of personal data that can be treated in these studies are: General Identification, representatives of patients and treating physicians, General Labor data of the participants, General Academic data of treating physicians, and Sensitive Health data of patients (in which case, you will be asked for your written authorization and your data will be treated in a dissociated manner).
Relationship with service providers: To carry out the registration and establishment of the relationship with other health and service providers related or linked to the purpose for which the Center for Pharmacological Research (CIF) has been created, or other higher education institutions or specialized service providers. The type of personal data that can be treated in this service are: General Identification, General Labor and Academic or Technical-Scientific.
Access to Facilities: To provide security within our buildings and plants through strict access control and constant monitoring of our facilities. The personal data to be processed are General Identification Data.
In some cases, some other personal data, sensitive and non-sensitive, that are not included in the previous list may be processed, but always being considerate of the same nature and respecting the purposes for which they are collected. All data transfers will be carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the Law.
The CIF constantly implements global security policies in all necessary areas, which allow it to ensure the integrity of the personal data under its custody, in the same way, it extends these policies as a requirement for its relations.
